Experimental film based almost entirely on found-footage and promiscuous archival material (pornographic, historical, etc). It attempts a parallelism between the sacred rock and the female body, insisting on the continuous ideological exploitation of the temple for propagandist, economic and nationalistic reasons. The director interferes in the material, coloring, burning and cutting the film, emphasizing the materiality of the film itself, and thus creating an informal tapestry of her own Acropolis.

Through the microcosm of a traditional old kafenio in Metaxurgio, in the late 1980s, we become witnesses of a radically changing neighborhood. The camera records the slow pace governing life in the kafenio, the rituals of the regulars, the minor quarrels between regulars and non-regulars that can lead from blazing rows to embraces, the confessions after wine-drinking sessions, the great friendships, all in all, that is what we don’t see and do in the contemporary ”cafeterias”. An episode in the series of documentaries “Closed Spaces”, produced by the national broadcaster ERT.
